    Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Onehum LTD, trading as Go7.ai, Simply Trades, Go7 and/or any related trading brand operated by Onehum LTD.

By making payment, approving a proposal, signing up through our website, accepting an invoice, joining an onboarding process, accessing our software, or allowing us to begin work, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are designed for business customers only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer.

    1. Who we are

    The service provider is:

    Onehum LTD

    Trading as: Go7.ai, Go7 and/or Simply Trades

    Website: go7.ai and/or getsimplytrades.co.uk

    Contact: contact@go7.ai or hello@getsimplytrades.co.uk

For the purposes of these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" means Onehum LTD and any of its trading brands. "You", "your" and "client" means the business, company, individual, partnership or organisation purchasing or using our services.

    2. Services we provide

We provide business growth, marketing, automation, software and client acquisition services. Depending on the plan, proposal, pricing page, sales call, invoice, onboarding form or written agreement, our services may include some or all of the following:

    • Paid ads strategy and management
    • Campaign setup and optimisation
    • Landing pages
    • Website design and development
    • Copywriting
    • CRM setup and management
    • Automation setup
    • Email, SMS, WhatsApp-style and follow-up workflows
    • Software access
    • Hosting
    • Tracking and reporting
    • Lead capture systems
    • Booking systems
    • Strategy and consultancy
    • AI assistants or AI-powered workflows
    • Pipeline setup
    • Review request systems
    • Client onboarding support
    • Ongoing campaign monitoring
    • Monthly support and updates
    • Any other service agreed in writing

The exact services included will depend on your selected plan, proposal, invoice, pricing page or written agreement.

    3. Monthly subscription

Unless stated otherwise in writing, our services are provided as a monthly subscription.

By making your first payment, you authorise us and/or our payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the agreed subscription amount, plus VAT where applicable.

Your subscription covers access to the agreed services, systems, software, hosting, support, strategy, management time, internal delivery work and reserved capacity for your business.

    4. Three-month minimum commitment

Unless stated otherwise in writing, all subscriptions have a minimum commitment of three months.

By signing up, paying an invoice, accepting a proposal or allowing us to begin work, you agree to complete the full three-month minimum term.

Cancelling your card, cancelling a direct debit, ignoring invoices, removing access, refusing to provide assets, stopping communication, or opening a payment dispute does not cancel the contract and does not remove your responsibility to pay the remaining balance of the minimum term.

If you attempt to cancel before the three-month minimum term has ended, the remaining payments for the minimum term will still be due.

After the three-month minimum term, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled correctly under these Terms.

    5. Cancellation policy

To cancel after the minimum term, you must email us using the correct email address:

    • Go7.ai clients: contact@go7.ai
    • Simply Trades clients: hello@getsimplytrades.co.uk

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. Verbal cancellation requests, WhatsApp messages, social media messages, missed meetings, card cancellations, payment failures or chargebacks do not count as valid cancellation.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.

You remain responsible for all fees due during the notice period.

If a payment is due during your notice period, that payment remains payable.

    6. Immediate start of services

Our services often begin immediately after payment is made. This may include strategy, planning, onboarding, software setup, CRM setup, campaign structure, copywriting, landing page work, automation work, website work, hosting setup, account configuration, internal delivery work, team time, research, tracking setup and other preparation or implementation work.

Because work begins quickly after payment, you acknowledge that payments are not simply deposits. They cover immediate service delivery, reserved capacity, software access, hosting, setup work, strategy and ongoing management.

    7. Refund policy

All fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Setup fees
    • Monthly subscription fees
    • Software fees
    • Hosting fees
    • Strategy fees
    • Campaign management fees
    • Website fees
    • Landing page fees
    • Copywriting fees
    • Automation fees
    • CRM fees
    • Design fees
    • Consultancy fees
    • Ad management fees
    • Any other agreed service fees

Refunds are not provided because you changed your mind, no longer want the service, did not use the service, did not provide the required information, delayed the project, failed to respond, failed to attend calls, failed to provide access, failed to provide assets, did not run the recommended ad budget, did not respond to leads, did not follow our advice, rejected work after delivery, or did not achieve your desired commercial outcome.

Once payment is taken and services have started, the payment is final.

    8. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have a question, concern, complaint, billing issue or cancellation request, you must contact us first by email before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

    • Go7.ai clients must contact: contact@go7.ai
    • Simply Trades clients must contact: hello@getsimplytrades.co.uk

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

If you open a chargeback after services have started or after services have been delivered, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment provider, card network, bank, debt recovery provider, solicitor, court or other relevant party. This evidence may include, but is not limited to:

    • Your payment record and invoice history
    • Subscription details and checkout confirmation
    • Signed proposal or accepted quote
    • Pricing page screenshots and Terms acceptance evidence
    • Sales call notes or recordings
    • Onboarding forms and email communication
    • WhatsApp or SMS communication and CRM records
    • Campaign setup records, landing page screenshots, website screenshots
    • Automation screenshots, software access logs, hosting records
    • Ads manager screenshots, strategy documents, project notes
    • Delivery logs, Control Room documents, internal fulfilment records
    • Proof of work completed
    • Any other evidence showing that services were agreed, started or delivered

If a chargeback is found to be invalid, dishonest or inconsistent with these Terms, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, admin time, recovery costs and any outstanding contract balance.

    9. Control Room and proof of delivery

As part of our service delivery, we may maintain internal and/or client-facing documents, dashboards, folders, CRM records, campaign records, tracking records, screenshots, project notes and Control Room documents.

These records may show the work completed or in progress, including strategy, setup, creative work, websites, landing pages, automations, software setup, CRM activity, ad campaigns, tracking, follow-up systems and client communications.

You agree that these records may be used as evidence of service delivery in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, complaint, cancellation issue, legal claim or debt recovery matter.

    10. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the information, access, assets and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the services. This may include:

    • Business information and brand assets
    • Logos, photos, case studies and testimonials
    • Website, CRM, ad account and domain access
    • Calendar access and offer details
    • Service area information, pricing and sales process information
    • Approval on copy, pages, campaigns or automations
    • Prompt responses to reasonable questions
    • Sufficient ad budget where paid ads are part of the service
    • Proper follow-up with leads, enquiries, prospects or appointments

Delays caused by you do not pause billing, extend payment deadlines or create a right to a refund.

If you fail to provide what we need, we will still be entitled to charge for the subscription, reserved capacity, software access, hosting, strategy, management and work already completed or made available.

    11. Third-party platforms and ad spend

Some services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Stripe, hosting providers, domain providers, email providers, SMS providers, WhatsApp providers, AI providers, analytics tools and other software platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, rejected ads, tracking issues, platform bugs, increased ad costs, data loss, changes to third-party terms, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Ad spend is separate from our fees unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Where ad spend is paid directly to an advertising platform, it is subject to that platform's own terms and refund policies.

Where ad spend or third-party costs are paid through us, those amounts are non-refundable once committed, spent, allocated or used.

    12. Results and performance

We work to build, manage and improve systems designed to support growth, lead generation, client acquisition, follow-up, booking and sales processes.

However, unless we provide a specific written guarantee in an order form, proposal or signed agreement, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, enquiries, calls, appointments, bookings, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, profit, ranking, conversion rate or business outcome.

Results can depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market demand, location, competition, ad budget, sales process, lead response speed, reputation, reviews, availability, compliance, brand strength, website assets, and the quality of your own fulfilment.

You are responsible for converting enquiries, calls, appointments, leads or opportunities into paying customers.

    13. Any written guarantee

If a specific written guarantee is offered, it will only apply if stated clearly in writing.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, any guarantee is a service-credit guarantee only. This means we may continue working, adjusting, improving or supporting the campaign at no additional management fee for a defined period. It does not mean you are entitled to a cash refund.

Any guarantee will only apply where you have met the required conditions, which may include:

    • Providing required assets and access
    • Completing onboarding properly
    • Approving work in a reasonable timeframe
    • Running the agreed ad budget
    • Responding to leads or enquiries quickly
    • Keeping your calendar available
    • Operating in a viable area with a suitable offer
    • Following reasonable advice
    • Maintaining an active subscription
    • Not being in breach of payment terms
    • Not opening an unjustified chargeback

A guarantee will not apply where poor performance is caused by your delay, lack of response, poor sales process, low ad budget, weak offer, unsuitable area, lack of availability, platform issues, rejected ads, market conditions, or failure to follow the agreed process.

    14. Access, software and hosting

Where your plan includes software, CRM access, automations, hosting, landing pages, websites or dashboards, these are provided as part of your active subscription unless stated otherwise in writing.

If your subscription ends, is cancelled, is unpaid, is disputed, or is subject to chargeback, we may suspend or remove access to software, CRM systems, hosting, landing pages, websites, automations, campaigns, dashboards or other systems.

Any transfer, export or handover of assets must be agreed in writing and may be subject to all outstanding invoices being paid in full.

    15. Ownership of work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our internal systems, frameworks, templates, automations, workflows, processes, software setups, strategy documents, training materials, AI prompts, campaign structures and know-how.

Client-specific creative assets, website copy, landing page copy, designs or other deliverables may be transferred to you only after all related invoices, subscriptions and outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

We do not transfer ownership of third-party software, licensed tools, platform accounts, stock assets, templates, AI tools, CRM snapshots, automation frameworks or internal processes unless agreed in writing.

    16. Failed payments and suspension

If your payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file.

If payment remains unpaid, we may suspend work, software access, CRM access, hosting, websites, landing pages, automations, campaigns, reporting, support or any other service until payment is brought up to date.

Suspension due to failed payment does not cancel your contract, remove your payment obligations, or pause the minimum term.

    17. Communication

You agree that we may contact you by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM notification, calendar invite or other reasonable business communication channels in relation to your service, billing, onboarding, delivery, support, cancellation or account status.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

    18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim relating to the services will be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

We will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, indirect loss or consequential loss.

    19. No partnership or employment relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship or franchise relationship between you and us.

We provide services as an independent supplier.

    20. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except where needed to deliver the services, comply with the law, resolve a dispute, recover unpaid amounts, respond to a chargeback, or protect legitimate business interests.

    21. Data and privacy

Where we process personal data, we will do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to us has been collected lawfully and can be used for the intended business, marketing, CRM, automation or follow-up purpose.

    22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.

For active clients, material changes will not reduce the key commercial rights already agreed for the current minimum term unless required by law or agreed in writing.

    23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

    24. Agreement

By making payment, approving a proposal, accepting an invoice, signing up through our website, accessing our software, completing onboarding or allowing us to begin work, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

    You also confirm that:

    • You are purchasing for business purposes
    • You understand this is a monthly subscription
    • You understand there is a three-month minimum commitment unless agreed otherwise in writing
    • You understand that services may begin immediately after payment
    • You understand that fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing
    • You understand that cancellation must be made by email
    • You understand that a chargeback is not a valid cancellation method
    • You understand that results are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing
    • You understand that proof of delivery may be used in payment disputes or chargebacks
